- Light and light yarns (chiffon/organza/lace)
Cleaning method:
It is recommended to wash by hand, and gently knead with warm water below 30℃ and neutral detergent.
Machine washing requires a laundry bag, and silk/chiffon mode is selected.
Precautions:
Avoid bleach and strong alkaline cleaners.
Do not wring it out hard, but lay it flat in the shade to prevent deformation.
Second, natural fibers (silk/Xiangyun yarn/cotton yarn)
Silk veil:
Special silk wool detergent is washed by hand in cold water, and white vinegar is added to fix the color after washing.
Dry the reverse side to avoid direct sunlight.
Cotton double layer yarn:
The first cleaning of dark color models requires salt water fixation.
Sweat-stained veils are forbidden to use hot water (easy to yellow).
Xiangyun yarn:
Plant dye products need to be folded and washed in reverse.
Dripping in the shade to dry, avoid ironing at high temperature.
Third, special functional materials
Diamond yarn/phantom yarn:
Can be directly washed by high-pressure water gun (outdoor application)
Wipe stubborn stains with detergent and white vinegar solution.
Paper yarn veil:
Only local cleaning, washing easily leads to fiber breakage.
Dust is treated with soft brush and dry brush.
IV. General maintenance suggestions
After all veils are cleaned, it is recommended to use a cold air blower to assist in drying.
Before long-term storage, it should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent moisture and mildew.
Veil with printing/embroidery needs reverse washing.
